Blue Heron Consulting is a woman-owned company located in Denver, CO with ten years of experience working with numerous realtors, homeowners, developers and architects throughout the US helping to deliver quality projects that are timeless, classic and well-received.
Mia Voss is the owner/principal of Blue Heron Consulting. Originally formed as Herren Consulting in 2001, Mia began working with the Resort Team for OZ Architecture of Denver (her former employer) as an assistant to the punch list crew. With each project, her expertise and eye for detail expanded and became more finely honed. Her schematic design and construction phase background broadened her scope of experience, resulting in a well-rounded set of skills that contributes to the best product and cost value for both the developer and owner.
In addition to OZ Architecture of Denver, Blue Heron provided extensive punch list and project management services for Related Westpac’s Snowmass Base Village Condos (five buildings) and Employee Housing buildings. We have also had the privilege to provide punch list services to Stonebridge Development for several hotels in the Denver Front Range area.
