Blue Heron Consulting is a woman-owned, Denver-based staging, inspection/assessment & punch list management services consulting firm. We provide a fresh & experienced perspective to any project. A thorough inspection of your home, condominium, multi-family, mixed-use or commercial project will help you identify and clearly communicate your needs and requirements. We have worked with numerous homeowners, realtors, developers and architects throughout the US helping to deliver quality projects that are timeless, classic and well-received.
- Realtors: We help you provide a value-added service to your selling clients by suggesting items to be repaired or improved for properties to be put on the market. This allows you to focus on your client and their needs and still have another set of eyes to help determine the best staging ideas specific to the property. Oftentimes, we are adding support to your ideas previously offered.
- Homeowners: Blue Heron Consulting acts as your representative by providing meticulous inspections and monitoring the progress to ensure completion of all items to your satisfaction.
- Developers: Detailed inspections, timely reports and diligent project monitoring guarantees your project is completed to your satisfaction; ultimately resulting in satisfied clients! We also offer Owner Orientation services; we schedule the final inspection prior to closing, tour the unit with the Owner to help them understand how everything works in their new home, review their Homeowner Packet as well as assist in compiling a reasonable list of items that need to be completed shortly after closing.
- Architects: Projects are inspected according to the construction schedule and team expectations. Detailed inspection lists are compiled & distributed quickly to the Contractor.
